Refund Policy 


In the rare instance that an item you have ordered is out of stock, Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited will place it on back order for you. You will be notified by email and provided with the option to cancel your order. Alternatively, you can check the availability of the item later and place a new order when the product is back in stock.


At Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the products you have received, please reach out to us directly, and we will be happy to assist in resolving any concerns. However, the following items are excluded from our returns policy: Ready-to-eat items, Seafood products, Any fresh goods or perishable items

If you find that any product you received from Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited is damaged, defective, or not as described in the product listing, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately. For non-perishable items, you may return them within 3 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition. After receiving the returned items, we will carry out a thorough inspection and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Please be aware that any items that have been opened, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited via email. The cost of returning the items is your responsibility, and we do not cover the return shipping fees. We recommend that you retain proof of posting, as Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, either credit or debit card used for the purchase. Please note that the shipping charges incurred during the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Furthermore, Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited reserves the right to deduct any additional costs we may have incurred, including credit card transaction fees, restocking fees, or return postage charges.

For a full refund to be processed, we must receive the returned goods in their original condition. Upon receipt, we will notify our bank within 2 business working days to initiate the refund. However, please be advised that the time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on the processing times of your bank and any applicable banking regulations or delays.

If your order includes fresh goods or perishable items, these will need to be carefully inspected upon return before any refund can be processed. Items that have been damaged or stained due to the nature of fresh goods will not be eligible for a refund.

At Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited, we are committed to providing precise and reliable information about the products we offer, including descriptions, ingredient lists, and packaging details. However, it is important to note that manufacturers may occasionally revise their product formulations, update packaging designs, or modify recipes without notifying us. Despite our diligent efforts to promptly update product listings, discrepancies may occur due to these unannounced changes.

As such, Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited cannot accept responsibility for any variations in product details resulting from manufacturer updates that have not been communicated to us. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, we strongly recommend that all customers carefully review the product packaging, ingredients, and allergen information upon receipt, particularly if you or anyone in your household has dietary restrictions, allergies, or intolerances. Verifying the suitability of a product before use or consumption is the customer’s responsibility.

Handling of Incorrect Items

In the rare instance that Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited delivers an incorrect item, please be assured that such items remain the property of the company. We kindly request that you inform us within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue efficiently.

To facilitate the return process, Colombo’s Trading (Pvt) Limited will bear the cost of return shipping charges. However, customers are required to send us proof of the return shipping charges (such as a receipt or invoice) so that we can reimburse the amount directly to the account used for the original purchase.
